01 Introduction & Acceptance

Taka best (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "taka best") is an online gaming and Sports Betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and taka best. One Person, One Account

You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false or misleading information is considered a breach of these terms. taka best may request a national ID, passport, or other documents at any time as part of the KYC process.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit

Taka best currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200. Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact our support team with your transaction ID.

Withdrawal

KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 3 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to process.

Wagering Requirement

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be made (wagering requirement). For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a BDT 1,000 bonus means you must place BDT 10,000 in bets. Bonus balances are not eligible for withdrawal until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

Bonus Validity

Every bonus has an expiry period. Any bonus not used within the specified timeframe will be automatically forfeited.

Odds & Payouts

Taka best reserves the right to change odds at any time. The odds at the time a bet is successfully processed are final. taka best reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors.

Result Determination

All betting outcomes will be determined based on the official results issued by the relevant sports authority. In the event of any dispute, taka best's decision shall be final.

• Bets on abandoned or suspended matches will be settled in accordance with taka best's policy.
• Taka best reserves the right to correct any winnings that were credited incorrectly due to a system error.
• Placing multiple bets on the same outcome within a single event may be prohibited.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on taka best. Any involvement in these activities may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Misusing bonuses or attempting to exploit the system.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on someone else's behalf.
• Participating in cheating, corrupt matches, or match-fixing.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to taka best's systems.
• Harassing other users on the platform.
